Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)
for Strategic Branding in Singapore
Brand It The Right Way
With Strategic Brand and Marketing Development, and up to 50% subsidy.
Your brand is your most valuable business asset — and building it right takes investment. The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), administered by Enterprise Singapore, helps Singapore SMEs fund exactly that.
Under the EDG’s Core Capabilities pillar — specifically the Strategic Brand and Marketing Development category — eligible businesses can receive up to 50% co-funding for qualifying branding and marketing projects.
I Concept is your EDG-ready creative partner. We specialise in strategic branding and have guided Singapore businesses through the EDG application and project process from start to finish.
Under the Strategic Brand and Marketing Development category, EDG can fund projects that include:
• Brand strategy and positioning
• Brand identity design (logo, visual identity, brand guidelines)
• Marketing communications strategy
• Messaging frameworks and content strategy
• Website design and development (as part of a broader branding project)
• Marketing collateral and campaign planning
Note: EDG is approved on a case-by-case basis. The grant funds the strategic and design process — not standalone production or advertising spend. I Concept will advise you on what qualifies under your specific project scope.
How much can you get?
- SMEs: Up to 50% of qualifying project costs (from 1 April 2023 onwards)
- Non-SMEs: Up to 30% of qualifying project costs
- Qualifying costs include: consultancy fees, manpower costs, software, and equipment directly related to the project
Funding is disbursed on a reimbursement basis after project completion and claims submission.
Important: Do not commence work, sign any vendor contract, or make any payment before your EDG application is approved. Starting early disqualifies the project.

Have a minimum of
