Project Timeline / Schedule

We will schedule your website timeline according to our project assignment system. On average, the design and development lead time needed for a website project would be around 30 working days and up, depending on the complexity of the project and the turnaround response from the client. The number of working days will be scaled according to any customisation required as well. I Concept will provide the estimated project timeline.

Please list down if there are any existing services or plugins that are being used in your current website that you would like to carry over to the new website. Likewise, if you do not have any existing website, but would like to add on certain functions or plugins, let us know. If you intend to purchase a hosting package from I Concept

Your team will need to prepare the Domain Login Credentials (For example if you purchased the domain from GoDaddy, you will need to provide us the credentials to access GoDaddy Your Accounts Page)

Should you not be sharing the Domain Login Credentials with us, your team will need to help with the following:

Once the server on our end is purchased, we will provide you 2 items which you need to insert at your end.
1) Our server IP which you have to add as an A Record at your domain provider end.
2) The TXT record which you need to insert to your domain DNS record for SSL (Lock Icon) for your domain.

If you intend to use your own hosting

Please prepare for us the CPANEL access to your server for migration purposes

Please ensure that your server has the following specifications:
1) Minimum 30GB Disk Space available
2) Minimum 2GB RAM (May need more depending on your website requirements)
3) PHP 7.4 Version
4) MariaDB 10.0.0 Version
5) Linux OS (if your server is Windows, we advise to make the change to Linux, as Wordpress is incompatible with Windows)

Our Team will send you a separate document which requires you to fill up all information including SMTP credentials etc before the development stage. Please ensure that all information is filled in correctly before submitting the form. The submission of this form can only be done once. This is for our development team reference purposes to configure the settings for your new website.
