Terms and Conditions

For WordPress sites not developed by I Concept, initial first time pre-checking for the structure and code might be needed and it will incur some additional fee (for first time only).
No file modification for the WordPress Core Files, Plugins Core files, and Theme core files with child themes exists.
This plan does not include support or updates for commercial plugins that require additional fees.
Any changes/modification to WordPress system files during the support period may result in a reactivation fee to re-check and re-analyse the site’s status. Fees vary based on the site’s scales and complexity.
This plan does not cover changes made by the client to WordPress system functions, plugins, or themes.
Unused webmaster service credit hours do not carry over after the plan expires.
The contract is for a 12-month plan. Prices are quoted before GST.

Webmastering Service

Change / update in text, links, maps, banners. This includes any work that is involved (e.g.coding and programming) that is necessary in order to perform the update.
Fixing of broken links, turnkey process checks (test purchases, form submission checks).
Questions and supports will utilise the webmasters hours.
Servicing / handling of bugs and errors for front end CSS and CMS based on Service Level Agreement.
I Concept will provide the estimated hours needed for each task prior to each action.
Minor functions development for the website (within the hours of support).
