Overview
NTUC First Campus (NFC) is an early childhood education provider making a positive mark in the lives of children and partnering working families in Singapore. They offer a diverse and comprehensive range of programmes and services for young children ages 0 to 12 years old, to suit the dynamic needs of Singapore families. This includes 2 pre-school brands namely My First Skool, The Little Skool-House, and after school by NTUC First Campus, a school-based student care.
For this project, we partnered with NFC to deliver a brand new website together with several engagement quizzes to increase the engagement of prospect recruits.
The Challenge
We were tasked to create a revamped website for NFC, uplift the aesthetics and keep the brand idea cohesive — while injecting purpose in the recruitment of Career Professionals in the Early Childhood industry.
Our Impact
To achieve synergy across their different digital and physical touchpoints, we went through a meeting with the stakeholders to get everyone on the same page. After getting clarity on the visual direction, we embarked on an illustration-based concept for the website. We bore in mind the bold vivid colours that exude the vigour of the Early Childhood industry and the target audience, in our design applications. For the quizzes, we had “Am I a Right Fit as an Early Childhood Educator?” and “Are You a Student Care Educator?” to narrow down the suitability of the career path that educators can undertake in NFC.
Overall, the website has garnered positive feedback from both stakeholders and users.
